Manama, Sept. 13: The Information Ministry’s Training Centre held today a training session presented by lecturer Nedhal Al Shawmali for many employees at the ministry.
Al Shawmali gave an account on how to choose members of a work team by using a given agenda to attain set up goals and ensure fast implementation of work.
The lecturer also gave some practical training activities to the participants on ways of preparing and setting up work teams, giving roles to the members and assessing elements of strength and weakness in the team and turning them into positive goals.
