Information Minister meets Arab counterparts

Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information, met with senior media officials from several Arab countries on the sidelines of the 20th session of the Executive Office of the Arab Information Ministers Council, held in Abu Dhabi.

The minister met with Salman bin Yousef Al Dosari, Minister of Media of Saudi Arabia; Abdulrahman Al Mutairi, Minister of Information, Culture, and Minister of State for Youth Affairs of Kuwait; Khaled Abdulaziz, Chairman of Egypt’s Supreme Council for Media Regulation; and Minister Ahmad Assaf, the General Supervisor of Official Media in the State of Palestine.

Minister Al Noaimi highlighted the strong ties between Bahrain and the participating countries, which are cared for by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the leaders of their nations.

He highlighted the significant progress in Arab media and the potential for deeper collaboration to support common goals and strengthen partnerships.

The discussions focused on enhancing joint media efforts and exploring opportunities for cooperation to advance the Arab media sector. Dr. Al Noaimi also praised the initiatives and ideas presented during the session, which aim to elevate media strategies across the region.

The officials commended Bahrain’s media advancements and affirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation to achieve shared aspirations and support the growth and prosperity of Arab nations.
