Information Minister receives Editor-in-Chief of Al Watan newspaper

Information Minister Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi received Faisal Al Ali, Editor-in-Chief of Al Watan newspaper.

The minister congratulated Al Ali on the trust placed in him by the newspaper’s board of directors and his appointment as Editor-in-Chief, wishing him success in carrying out his duties and responsibilities. He expressed confidence that Al Watan would continue to build on its achievements and maintain its distinguished role in Bahrain’s media landscape.

Dr. Al Noaimi commended Al Watan for its professional and objective coverage of national issues, noting its contribution to enriching Bahrain’s media scene and highlighting the Kingdom’s development achievements under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the guidance of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He reaffirmed the Ministry of Information’s commitment to strengthening cooperation with all media institutions in Bahrain to further advance the national media message.

For his part, Al Ali expressed appreciation to the minister and for the ministry’s continued support. He affirmed Al Watan’s keenness to strengthen its constructive partnership with the Ministry of Information and its commitment to supporting Bahrain’s professional and responsible national media sector.
