The Ministry of Information’s Training Centre organised a training course on the Central Financial System (CFS) today, presented by Omar Bucheeri, Director of the Financial Resources Directorate at the Ministry of Finance and National Economy and currently seconded to the Ministry of Information for this role.
The course outlined the Ministry’s new procedures for financial and administrative requests under Bahrain’s unified financial system, in line with the directives of Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy.
In a statement to Bahrain News Agency (BNA), Bucheeri described the CFS as an advanced system that eliminates the need for email, streamlining request submissions and follow-ups.
The system enables employees to track their requests and promotes collaboration between the Ministry of Information and the Ministry of Finance, thereby accelerating processes. A second practical training course will follow to further equip employees with the skills to use the system, enhancing efficiency by simplifying request management.
