Information Minister visits Gulf Daily News

Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Al Noaimi, Minister of Information, visited the headquarters of the Gulf Daily News (GDN).

The minister met with Anwar Abdulrahman, Chairman and Responsible Editor; Jubran Abdulrahman, Al Hilal Group Executive Director; and Stanley Szecowka, Media Editor-in-Chief.

He commended GDN’s role in highlighting Bahrain’s development achievements under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Minister Al Noaimi emphasised the importance of multilingual journalism in reflecting Bahrain’s media diversity and enhancing outreach, noting the ministry’s keenness to continue constructive cooperation with the newspaper.

Minister Al Noaimi emphasised the importance of multilingual journalism in Bahrain, which reflects the diversity of the national press and enhances its ability to expand communication and highlight the Kingdom’s achievements in an approach based on accuracy, objectivity and balance. He looked forward for continued cooperation and coordination between the Ministry of Information and the newspaper.

Dr. Al Noaimi also toured the headquarters and newsroom, highlighting the professionalism of the staff and wishing them further success.
