Minister of Information, Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Al-Noaimi, received board Chairperson and members of Bahrain Society for Intellectual Property. He praised the society’s efforts to raise social awareness of the importance of intellectual property rights within the framework of Bahrain’s efforts to protect them as an inherent right stipulated by the kingdom’s laws.
The minister underlined the significance of raising awareness of the intellectual property rights in promoting research and development, mainly in the media and technical production field.
The society’s Chairperson expressed thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Information for his interest in boosting community partnership and promoting the culture of intellectual property rights. She underlined the key role played by the Ministry of Information in this regard.
