Information Minister Dr. Ramzan bin Abdulla Alnoaimi today received Head of the 2024 School Games Executive Committee Ishaq Abdulla Ishaq and discussed preparations for the tournament which will be held in October 2024, attracting 5000 participants from 80 countries.
Dr. Alnoaimi noted the importance attached to sports in the Kingdom for Bahrain, hailing the His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s support to the to the 2024 School Games.
He stressed the importance of the championship which will further Bahrain’s standing on the map of global sports, noting the ministry’s media support to ensure the success of the games.
The School Games Executive Committee Chief expressed thanks and gratitude to the minister, commending his commitment to highlighting the global tournament, which would further Bahrain’s sports status
