Dr. Ramzan bin Abdullah Al Noaimi, Minister of Information, welcomed Abdullah Al Qahtani, CEO of the Saudi Film Commission, and his delegation during their visit to Bahrain.
Dr. Al Noaimi emphasised the strong ties and cooperation between Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, underscoring their shared commitment to enhancing relations for the benefit of both nations. He praised the remarkable progress in Saudi Arabia’s artistic and cinematic scene, lauding the success of Saudi films in regional and international festivals.
The Information Minister congratulated Al Qahtani on the fourth edition of the Gulf Film Festival’s success, held in Riyadh last month. He commended the authority’s efforts in organising the festival, which reflects the GCC’s cinematic industry advancement.
In response, Abdullah Al Qahtani expressed his gratitude to Dr. Al Noaimi for his support toward the artistic and creative sector’s media endeavors. He highlighted Bahrain’s regional prominence in artistic and cinematic accomplishments, showcasing its talented individuals across various film industry branches. Al Qahtani noted Bahrain’s significant participation in the Gulf Film Festival as a testament to the country’s creative progress, wishing continuous prosperity for Bahrain.
