The Information Ministry has mourned veteran sports journalist, Mohammed Ali Hussain, who passed away today, after a successful career full of dedication and distinction.
In its statement, the Information Ministry affirmed that the deceased had enriched the sports media field through his long career as a journalist and sports commentator, as well as his great contributions to sports arbitration and the development of indoor games in the Kingdom.
The Ministry added that the late Mohammed Ali Hussain’s unique, elegant and creative style of commentary based on spontaneity and simplicity, had earned him a distinguished position in the hearts of all lovers and followers of sports activities, not only in Bahrain, but also abroad, through his articles in many GCC newspapers, as he was a source of inspiration for many generations of young journalists and commentators.
The Ministry of Information extended sincere condolences and sympathy to the family of the deceased, as well as the spors media community in the kingdom, praying to Allah Almighty to bless him with mercy, rest his soul in vast paradise and provide his family and lovers with patience and consolation.
