Violating newspaper suspended

The Ministry of Information Affairs suspended Al
Wasat newspaper from issuance until further notice following its violation of
the law and recurrent publication and spreading of what stirs divisionism in
the community and undermines the Kingdom of Bahrain’s relations with other
countries.

The above‑said daily published on page 19 of its June 4 edition an article
that included a defamation of one of the sisterly Arab countries.
